We used Leeva back in October 2022 to fit our new combi boiler and we received excellent service from Hadley. When my elderly mother’s ancient boiler packed in last Friday, naturally our first thought was to call Leeva and they didn’t disappoint. It was out of hours when I rang and left a message. Lee called me back straight away and within 10 minutes he had arrived at my Mum’s house to have a look at what had gone wrong. The 40 year old boiler needed a part that was now obsolete. Lee kindly offered to lend my Mum an oil heater but luckily she had an electric fire to tide her over. Lee quoted us the following day for a new boiler and said that he would re-jig a couple of things and fit it for my mum on Wednesday. In less than a week, the old boiler has been replaced, a couple of things have been replaced and adjusted on the water tank and my Mum has a brand new working boiler! Really excellent service and we appreciated the fact that Lee recognised that my Mum was vulnerable during this cold weather. We would highly recommend Leeva to anyone!
